These Terms and Conditions govern your use of gocropt.com and services provided by TFSDIO dba CROPT (“CROPT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our services include commercial video production and automated inbound lead/estimate call reception for trade contractors. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Any separately signed service agreement governs the scope, fees, deliverables, and payment obligations for that engagement.
Use of Services
You agree to provide accurate business and contact information, use the services lawfully, and provide only information you are authorized to submit. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and promptly reporting unauthorized account use. You may not use the services for unlawful communications, harassment, spam, or infringement of others’ rights.
SMS Lead Alert & Notification Program Terms
Program Name: Cropt Lead Alerts
Program Operator: TFSDIO dba CROPT (gocropt.com).
Program Description: Cropt Lead Alerts sends transactional inbound lead and estimate inquiry alerts and account administration notifications to trade contractors who explicitly opt in. Business contact numbers are collected solely for transactional estimate alerts and account administration.
Consent: By explicitly opting in to Cropt Lead Alerts, you authorize TFSDIO dba CROPT to send SMS notifications to the business contact number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on inbound inquiry volume.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation SMS and no further messages will be sent.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Eligibility and Delivery
You must be authorized to use the phone number you enroll. Notify support@gocropt.com if your number changes or is reassigned. After opting out, you must explicitly opt in again before program messages resume. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability; timely delivery is not guaranteed. SMS alerts should not be relied upon for emergency communications.
Service Availability and Responsibilities
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular volume of leads, bookings, or revenue. You remain responsible for reviewing estimate inquiries, responding to prospective customers, and determining the accuracy and suitability of information received.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights for commissioned video deliverables are governed by your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CROPT’s website content, branding, and service materials may not be reproduced or distributed without authorization. You retain rights in materials you provide and authorize us to use them as necessary to perform your requested services.
Limitations and Termination
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TFSDIO dba CROPT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. We may suspend or terminate access for unlawful use or material violations of these terms, subject to any applicable service agreement and law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Changes do not replace any required SMS opt-in consent.
